Dr. Seerat provides educational nutrition and dietary guidance based on a PhD in Food Science and qualified dietetics practice. This service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Always consult a qualified physician regarding any medical condition — including PCOS, diabetes, thyroid disorders, pregnancy, or before changing your diet while on medication. If you have a medical emergency, contact a doctor or emergency services immediately. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something in your plan.
1. The service
We provide a personalized nutrition plan prepared for you, along with consultation and support through WhatsApp. Your plan is created using the information you provide and is intended as general dietary guidance tailored to your stated goals and preferences.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian) to use this service. By using it, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, honest and complete information, including any medical conditions, allergies or medications;
- Continue to follow the advice of your own doctor and seek medical clearance where appropriate;
- Use the plan for your personal use only and not redistribute or resell it.
4. Payment
The plan is offered for a one-time fee of Rs. 1,000 per personalized plan, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is arranged on WhatsApp after an initial conversation and may be made via JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer. No payment is taken simply for submitting the website form.
5. Revisions & refunds
Because each plan is personally prepared for you, we focus on getting it right: if your plan doesn't suit your routine, contact us and we'll revise it. As this is a custom, digitally delivered service, fees are generally non-refundable once your plan has been delivered, except where required by law. Any refund or revision requests should be raised with us on WhatsApp.
6. Results disclaimer
Nutrition outcomes depend on many personal factors, including how closely you follow the plan, your body, lifestyle and health. We do not guarantee any specific result, weight change or health outcome. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results for everyone.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website and within your plan is owned by or licensed to Dr. Seerat and is provided for your personal use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or publish it without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. Seerat is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, the service or your plan. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your plan. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Third-party links & tools
This site and service may use third-party tools (such as WhatsApp, payment providers and Google services). Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
