3. Pricing & Delivery

Monthly plan: Rs. 1,000. Payment is confirmed via WhatsApp. Plan delivered as PDF within 24–48 hours of payment.

4. Refunds

Each plan is bespoke. Full refund available if cancelled before plan delivery. No refunds after delivery.

5. Liability

Dr. Seerat is not liable for any damages resulting from use of the website or adherence to diet plans. All plans are followed at your own responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

Diet plans are for personal use only. Redistribution or reselling is prohibited.

7. Changes
